Since the fabric looks the same on both sides, is it possible the sleeves are on inside out / backwards?

Glad the neckband helped the shoulder seam.

As far as the wrinkles/drag lines across the back I'm thinking 2 different things. How does the hem line sit? Is it even front to back? Are the side seams straight or pulling to the back? If not you may need a bit more fabric across the back to get over the back hip area. My second thought is a sway back adjustment. If you look at the first pic you can see a bit of a wrinkle on the front left. You could pin out a fish eye dart just above the waist on the one you finished and see if that helps. Aaand it could be a combination of both! Hard to say without seeing the full length of the top.

As to your one shoulder being lower- do you carry your purse on that shoulder? I do and mine is definately most noticebly lower on the purse side! smile

Ya, could be the fabric. It looks better now that I have the neckband on. The color is great. I wish I'd gotten started sooner today because I could whip out another top in no time now.

I don't think it looks bad, Claire. It could just be the fabric. Are the arm holes not matching up to the arm piece right? That might be why it is pulling. Other than that, I have no clue, but it is cute. I love the color.
