Julie – I did make the centerpieces. For the first one, I just took a vintage glass serving dish, put a $3 box of WalMart ornaments in it, with a glass candleholder in the middle that I already had. I did about the same thing with the round one. I just need a red candle for the silver/red ornaments – the yellow isn’t quite right but I use what I have.

Sounds like you had a (much deserved ) lovely day; a “making memories” kind
of day. I think that your helpers enjoyed helping you more than you know.
And, looks like somebody has a little Martha Stewart in her!!
