Thought I’d share with you some random pics of the last few days before Christmas. Other than that, I don’t have much to say besides I hope you all have a wonderful holiday, whatever your religious affiliation or lack of one, whether it’s summer or winter wherever you are, whether you’re with family or single, I pray that you are serene, joyful, and content.
Found these at Walmart.
Just kidding. That’s Maxie snuggled inside the bag. She’s more the bag hider than her sister, Marie.
Daisy Mae, our littlest lady Chihuahua, with a little attitude. Notice the tongue?
And, Daisy, getting in on the wrapping action. We found out that when we weren’t looking, she was tasting the wrapping paper.
Heading to BabiesRUs to look at replacement cribs for pregnant daughter. I’m squished between the two car seats and the two handsome grand-boys. (Grateful that my butt will squish between them now.) Having some fun with the self-portraits and making silly faces.
Evan prefers his hand over making a silly face.
Sweet story: On the way to get me, he was saying “Mimi” all the way there and according to his mommy, he was worried and stressed out that they weren’t coming to Mimi’s house. Aww. I love that boy.
Lily watching me wrap presents.
My favorite ornament, and favorite word.
Hope you all have a great holiday and that all the Santa’s get a little shut-eye.

And a very Merry Christmas to you, too! We are all done shopping and wrapping and now the food preparation begins……. or not! We’re headed to see “Up in the Air” in a couple of hours. The Christmas Eve celebration has been pushed back to tomorrow which is a change in tradition but one that will work better for all involved this year.
Am so glad you have the girls and the grandkids to share the holidays with. I miss having little ones around at times like these. And just think! Next year you will have another wee one to add more joy to the occasion.
Thank you for keeping up with your blog. I always enjoy reading it and keeping up with you and your family. Enjoy the holidays but don’t wear yourself out!
