Fall is here in my neck of the Pacific Northwest. Lots going on. Lots I want to share but I have to wait a bit more before I can update you all on some of it. (Read: need clearance from attorneys regarding my mother.) Aside from that, there is actually fun stuff happening in my world alongside the daily job, closing my mother’s estate, and selling her property. I’m experiencing a broad spectrum of emotions throughout it all.
First, though, Fall is here today complete with foggy mornings. I love the fog. Makes me extremely grateful that I work from home and can enjoy my surroundings while I earn a living.
Here are some quick iPhone pictures I snapped this morning while the world was waking up and neighborhood kids were chattering their way up to the bus stop.

I love the photos. It seems so foggy — I’m personally hoping for as much sun as possible to ease the transition into fall proper and then the gloomy winter. It looks like the new yard is settling in quite nicely!
Thanks, Jason. It was foggy, but it’s been clearing up and sunny by afternoon. The Pacific Northwest has not been wet much lately either. The yard is awesome! I’ll post more pics of that shortly.
Beautiful pictures, Claire.
We’re starting to see the red leaves around here too. Fall is such a gorgeous season (if only it wasn’t the lead up to -30° winter temps LOL)
